So far so good! Bought this for my daughter’s horse who is being saddle broke. He’s in a stall 23 hours a day so we wanted him to have some kind of enrichment. He seems to really enjoy it!
Snuffle Pastures are indispensable in horse care. I use them for enrichment, and to give a horse a mental break while training. I have 3 horses and they all love their Snuffles. When I bring them out, all the horses start whinnying. Plus, the Snuffle is a slow feeder, so the horses seem to get a bit of time foraging without gobbling a great deal of food.
Ordered on July 14th. Have not received this item as of July 25th. Unfortunately my horse passed away and I no longer need it.
We love our snuffle pastures, especially the horses. We use them for training, for enrichment, for all kinds of things. Mine were very well used. I’d had them a long time so decided on replacements. Received them very quickly. Great product!!!
I have a 7 yo warmblood that loves playing with toys. The snuffle mat has been a great addition and he seems to really enjoy the nose interaction. The product is well made! Would purchase again.
A fun thing to put out as one of the enrichment toys for the horses when doing coaching sessions 🥰
I have 3 horses and All 3 love this Snuffle Pasture. When they each have their Snuffle Pasture, they are so quiet and engaged. It's a joy.
This was easy to wash - I did notice that Strider was able to get it off of the bowl easier then your original, original. Maybe the string has a smoother texture that allows it to get untied easier.
Some might be concerned as to the nature of this not being consumed by horses as they grab at it with their teeth. It’s indestructible. Truly. We love these! It’s a great way to offer your horse environmental enrichment in an affordable way. It was easy to use and when we pull them out for our horses, they’re super excited. It’s a must have.
It really does look like they are grazing when you watch. My horses love it!
I always want more ways for horses to interact with their environment. The SnufflePasture is a great way to provide that stimulus.
